Aqua&sauna center regulations
- The services provided at the aqua centre can be used with the Club card or a single pass. All customers are required to follow the Club’s regulations while in the aqua centre
- Children under the age of 16 are allowed in the aqua centre only together with an adult who is responsible for the child’s safety and behaviour
- In the aqua centre, services are provided, trainings held and customers consulted only by persons authorised by the Club. A visitor of the aqua centre (customer) is forbidden to provide any of the abovementioned services to other visitors (customers) of the pool without the written permission of the Club
- It is mandatory to wear suitable swimwear in the pool. It is forbidden to swim in shorts or to wear swimwear with studs, snap buttons, zippers and buttons. Children under the age of 3 must wear a special swim nappy in the pool
- When using the pools, long hair must be put up and a swimming cap is recommended
- Washing before going to the pool is mandatory
- Shaving and hair dyeing in the premises of the sports club are forbidden
- For hygiene purposes and due to chlorinated vapours, it is advisable to take off swimwear while in the Finnish sauna. To throw water on the sauna stones, hot water should be used in moderate amounts, being mindful of other people in the sauna. Ice may not be used to make sauna steam as it will damage the heater. It is mandatory to shower after the sauna and before going to the pool
- It is not allowed to use oils, honey, salts or other body treatment products in the sauna
- In the aqua centre, we recommend walking calmly; running on a slippery floor is not allowed
- There is no lifeguard service in the aqua centre
- For the sake of health and safety, wheelchairs are not allowed in the steam sauna
- We ask the customers to be considerate of the training and group training classes in the large pool. The large pool is unavailable for other customers for the duration of training classes
- Customers should be present in the pool for group trainings not more than 5 minutes before the beginning of the training
- Jumping into water is strictly forbidden
- The visitors of the aqua centre are expected to use the equipment prudently, maintain cleanliness and behave politely while in the Club premises. After using any training equipment, it should be put back in its original place
- Smoking, including using dipping tobacco, and alcohol and drugs in the premises of the Club and the aqua centre is strictly forbidden. Also, it is forbidden to take along drinks in glass packaging and other food (and chewing gum) to the aqua centre. If the customer violates any of the rules, the Club will have the right to close the membership card for a limited period
- The customer is training in the Club on his/her own responsibility. If the customer has any health problems, he/she is advised to consult his/her physician before training
- In case of a violation by the customer of the rules regulations, or rude behaviour that disturbs other customers, the staff has the right to ask the customer to leave and/or block the membership card for a limited or unlimited period. In the abovementioned case training packages or single passes will not be reimbursed. The Club has the right to demand full compensation for damages
- The Club is not responsible for the customers’ personal property or for illnesses or accidents caused by the customer’s own activity or by force majeure
- The staff at the aqua centre have the right to call people to order, if necessary.
